How did you get your name?
Fractured Prune® Doughnuts are named after the spunky Prunella Shriek, known as “Fractured Prunella” for the broken bones she suffered from competing in traditionally men’s sports even into her 70s. Fractured Prune® Doughnuts celebrates her legacy with a doughnut as individual as the person ordering it, offering always hot doughnuts, all ways.
How much does it cost to start a Fractured Prune® franchise?
The total investment necessary to construct and begin operation of a Fractured Prune® will vary based upon the site selection and construction scope. There is a franchisee fee for each location in the amount of $30,000.00 domestic and $150,000.00 international.
What is included in our Franchise Fee?
a) Complete license of trade name and logo.
b) Assistance in finding a location.
c) Assistance in acquiring equipment, supplies and inventory.
d) Training
e) Operational support via telephone and e-mail.
How long will the process take once we sign a franchise contract?

The typical length of time between the signing of a franchise agreement and the opening of a business is 4 to 6 months.
How much are the on going royalties?
Royalties are 5% of net weekly sales.
Is there an advertising fee?
Yes, it is 3% of net weekly sales.
Does the Fractured Prune® offer Area Development opportunities?
Yes, Fractured Prune® is actively seeking franchisees interested in opening multiple stores over time.
Do I need restaurant or business experience to own a Fractured Prune® franchise?
Experience is beneficial but not critical. What is more important is a passion for our product and for customer service.
What do I do next if I’m interested in becoming a “Pruner”?
Please take a few minutes to completely fill out the information sheet. If we feel you meet our criteria we will call you to discuss the opportunity and determine if you are “Prune Worthy”. Then we will schedule a meeting at a location convenient to all.
Financial Requirements
Fractured Prune® franchisees are required to have a net worth of $500,000.00 and cash and/or liquid assets of $100,000.00.
