Donut Flour Ingredients
Enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, dextrose, soy flour, soybean oil, contains 2% or less of each of the following: leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), nonfat milk, whey, salt, gelatinized lecithin, monoglycerides, wheat starch, artificial flavor, artificial color (yellow 5, yellow 6, red 40)
The ingredient "gelitinized lecithin" is a soy-based product.
Fractured Prune uses Kosher approved products in the making of our donuts.
