We mix Fractured Prune® flour with just the right amount of water to make the world's best donuts.

Donut Flour Ingredients:
Enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, dextrose, soy flour, soybean oil, contains 2% or less of each of the following: leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), nonfat milk, whey, salt, gelatinized lecithin (a soy based product), monoglycerides, wheat starch, artificial flavor, artificial color (yellow5, yellow6, red 40).

The batter is loaded into the hopper which automatically measures and shapes our cake donuts.
The Donut Robot precisely times, cooks and flips the donuts. We fry in only 100% cholesterol free oil.
